So the most important thing to tell you about this device is that, unlike the Samsung, it actually WORKS. Let’s call it the Novatel 4G Hotspot, shall we? So I ditched the Samsung device and got the Novatel device, affectionately known as the Verizon Wireless 4G LTE Mobile Hotspot MiFi® 4510L. I’ve been very happy with my old 3G MiFi, and the 4G MiFi works flawlessly. I brought the Samsung back, and exchanged it for the Novatel MiFi. About one week after I bought it, the Novatel 4G MiFi came out. I bought this when it first came out, and it was not good. Your review of the Samsung 4G LTE device was right on the money. No such problems with the 4G Novatel mifi. Same experience, with two different Samsung 4G Hotspots. I was vindicated this week when I received not one but TWO letters about the Samsung 4G hotspot.
